The dryer seems to work just fine however hooking up the electrical cord to the dryer was a bit of a challenge the stay for the dryer cord before it is attached to the terminals is offset from the terminals thus forcing the rigid cord in a way that it actually lays against this day and over time could rub a spot in the cord particularly online one I did include this in the survey I have had Geek Squad come out and tell me that he is not sure what I could do I did fashion a stay for the cord without using the one provided by insignia if anyone cares to contact me I'll be happy to send pictures as to explain exactly what I'm saying thank you

this is a great value! I was very surprised how well it Works and the price of the washer. I highly recommend this washer if you’re not needing all the fancy things and the other washers. It’s easy and simple. It does a good job.

I have had the washer and dryer for about a month and have had no issues. Definitely worth the money, since you can get a 3 year warranty on too of the original price for the same as a big name brand. The are also both big enough to fit bedding which was my only worry.

Works very well, Might fry your sht. LOL. If its sheets it goes from 45 to 12 really fast and they are not dry. so the sensor thing isnt accurate. but you can put it on time try and then its fine. BUT THen it doesnt shut off automatically when stuff is dry hence the frying LOL. BUT I can dry 2 loads for every one load I put in the washer. So it is good

Works great and has been able to handle every load size I needed. Dries clothes quick and very user friendly and easy to install

Although this dryer isn't as fancy looking as some of the newer, higher end dryers, this dryer is more capable than I expected. The sensor dry is better than some others I've tried that still leave your cloths wet, and I enjoy the ability to change time duration on most of the settings. The only thing I didn't love about it was the sheer quantity of screws involved with changing the side that the door opens from. This fits my queen size comforter with some room to spare.

I very much enjoy our new dryer. Very good quality for the price. It’s quiet, easy to use, and it gets the job done. The only problem I have with it is that I couldn’t adjust the screws to level my dryer, but with a shim we managed to make it work

This clothes dryer has kind of a high tech look, but is so easy to operate. I am visually impaired and this one seemed like the best one on the show floor for me to be able to easily operate so I bought it. It did not disappoint. In addition, it was one of the lesser expensive dryers available. And yes it does the job a clothes dryer is intended to do, and does it well.

This dryer is so nice. It's easy to use, is very quiet and dries fairly quickly.

Our previous dryer died on us suddenly, and we bought this as a replacement in complete desperation- we just needed something cheap and fast that worked! We've had it for about a month or so and use it almost every day. No issues at all so far and handles the needs for our family of 5. We're so pleased with it that we plan to buy the matching washer with our tax refund. Would absolutely recommend!

Love this dryer very easy to use and gets the job done

For the price it's an unbeatable dryer. Has 5 heat options from none to high, an option to setup your own setup in whcih you press a button and goes right to that setup and has a anti wrinkle option. Runs very quiet and has dried loads of towels in 50 minutes. I love this thing! The finish of overall build is not as nice as some higher end machines, but the paint is a heavy durable coating and the LARGE inner drum is very smooth and can't see it snagging or harming anything. Packed with features and well...it's a dryer...it sits in the basment lol. Long as it works...and has features. It does everything it needs to very well and it's quiet. It's a win! I feel this dryer will be around for many years...
