Feels very cheap, does not collect lint well on lint trap, cannot adjust temperatures for different clothing setting and there is no internal light. Lots of lint will build up on clothing and on the door during each cycle. The lint trap will also not catch everything, it can easily become a fire hazard if not attentive to lint buildup behind and under the lint trap. Does technically dry clothes though

Very good dryer for the price point. Lots of features. Bought this dryer to complete the set. Both items look great together.

It stopped working a year and four months after I bought it. I called and neither Best Bay nor Insignia helped me at all. I am very disappointed in having bought this dryer.

Got the dryer and the box was fine, take the box off, get everything put on it and ready to install when i noticed ot had a HUGE dent in the side. Tried to spin the inside by hand and there was no way that was going to work. Had to wait 10 days for it to be picked up and a replacement delivered only to unbox the new one and it have 2 dents, one on each side on the bottom..... now having to wait 7 more days for it to be picked up and a replacement brought.... not satisfied AT ALL! Pictures are of the second one, i didnt get a picture of the first dryer

Very slow drying time. 2 hours for 4 towels 1.5 hrs for one set of sheets, regretting this purchase. Go with a name brand.

Takes a long time to dry items especially anything bulky

Does not dry. It takes over 2 hours, on high heat to dry a few articles of clothing. If I could give it zero stars I would. Nothing is made properly or to last anymore.

I ordered a set of white washer/dryer for my rental. The dryer is not white, it cream. Take a look at the picture my tenant sent me. It's a joke. And it was installed by their people as if nothing happened. I paid $199 for TotalTech but there's no help. I am going to complaint to every avenue to get it right.

One week after the return deadline it stopped getting hot. 2 months old. Junk.

Great price ! Works great ! We’ve had it for about a month now. Use it almost everyday , no issues, easy to use , it’s quiet. Will continue to get this line of product if ever need new ones

Very quiet large capacity easy to read and use very satisfied with my product

The dryer wasn’t too hard to hook up but it doesn’t come with a power cord. You do have to buy one separately-I suppose this is because of the different types of hooks ups people have in their homes and apartments. It’s very easy to use and it’s nice and quiet. But it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my old dryer and we have figured out that we can’t place a lot of clothes in there at once. So we need to wash and dry smaller loads to ensure they can fully dry in one cycle. This was the least expensive one available at the time. I also feel that this would benefit from having a top lint trap instead of the one inside.
