An appliance repair person has been here three times trying to fix it and cannot. In addition, trying to work with Best Buy for a replacement dryer is an absolute nightmare. Our dryer is still under manufacturer warranty and we should be owed a replacement dryer but contacting any human who can help alleviate this problem is torture. The best part is being without a dryer and unable to do laundry for weeks on end because of this awful process. Side note, the insignia washing machine is even worse. Spend the extra money on a different brand and you will be thankful.

Lots of lint will build up on clothing and on the door during each cycle. The lint trap will also not catch everything, it can easily become a fire hazard if not attentive to lint buildup behind and under the lint trap. Does technically dry clothes though

Tried to spin the inside by hand and there was no way that was going to work. Had to wait 10 days for it to be picked up and a replacement delivered only to unbox the new one and it have 2 dents, one on each side on the bottom..... now having to wait 7 more days for it to be picked up and a replacement brought.... not satisfied AT ALL! Pictures are of the second one, i didnt get a picture of the first dryer

Take a look at the picture my tenant sent me. It's a joke. And it was installed by their people as if nothing happened. I paid $199 for TotalTech but there's no help. I am going to complaint to every avenue to get it right.
