This is a pretty good dryer for the most part. Most of the settings work well, and I only have a tiny complaint. If I could give 4.5 stars I would probably do that. The automatic settings on this dryer work well for almost everything except for blankets. If you throw in several blankets, or sometimes even just 1 blanket if its big enough, you often end up with a half dry blanket on the automatic settings. I always have to use a manual timer mode to get my blankets dry, and for me that's not a huge deal, but for my fiance, who often forgets what day it is and such, its no good. If she dries our blankets and they don't come out of the dryer promptly, or I don't notice she's done so, they'll get mildewy sitting in the dryer half dried and need to be rewashed. But thats only happened about 3 times this year. If it weren't for that though I'd give it 5 stars. It's also very quiet and doesn't vibrate the house down or anything like that.

The dryer wasn’t too hard to hook up but it doesn’t come with a power cord. You do have to buy one separately-I suppose this is because of the different types of hooks ups people have in their homes and apartments. It’s very easy to use and it’s nice and quiet. But it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my old dryer and we have figured out that we can’t place a lot of clothes in there at once. So we need to wash and dry smaller loads to ensure they can fully dry in one cycle. This was the least expensive one available at the time. I also feel that this would benefit from having a top lint trap instead of the one inside.

The dryer works well. It is very quiet while running. It bumps when the clothes are finished. I have enjoyed using the dryer.

I’ve been using this dryer for about a month now, and it’s honestly one of the best appliances I’ve purchased. It handles large loads with ease and dries everything thoroughly the first time—no need to run it twice like my old one. I love how quiet it is, too. I can run it at night and not worry about it disturbing anyone. The settings are easy to understand and super user-friendly. Plus, it looks clean and simple in my laundry space. The machine is small and compact, not loud and its easy to use. it dries really well so far, so ill save on some bills. hopefully it keeps this up for a while so we will se how it going

After my item was delivered, I noticed a small dent on the dryer. I didn’t call to request a replacement because I needed this dryer asap and didn’t have time to wait days or weeks like others who had the same issue. Not to mention, I saw a review from someone who had to have three dryers delivered because the first two had dents in them. I definitely didn’t have time for all of that. I was skeptical considering the brand. I have purchased other small appliances of this brand and some seemed to no longer work after 2-3 years. So far so good. The dryer can handle big and bulky items such as queen sized comforters and blankets. The dryer dries clothes a lot faster than expected. My last dryer was a Maytag and it took longer to dry. As far as my dislikes, I don’t care for the sensor. Sometimes the dryer will stop because the sensor is telling the machine that the clothes are dry but once I’m going through the clothes some may still have damp spots. I also don’t care for the dryer vent. It takes a little more effort to pull the lint off the vent. The vent doesn’t seem very sturdy so I’m often hoping that I don’t poke a hole in the screen from trying to remove the lint. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase especially for the price. Now I will just keep my fingers crossed that I don’t have to use my warranty.

I purchased the Insignia Electric Washer and Dryer Set for my new home. This review is for the 6.7 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer: This dryer is excellent! It's very easy to use! Lot's of space to dryer a comforter! It also seems to run faster than most dryers I've had in the past. I've never used Best Buy's Insignia brand before and recently purchased a new home that needed a washer and dryer. Price and size were my preferences. This dryer was an excellent purchase! Multiple heat settings with a easy to clean dryer lent screen! If you are looking for affordability and quality, you can't go wrong with this dryer!

I am very satisfied with this Insignia dryer. It has good capacity, dries well and fast, and is very easy to use. I really liked that it doesn't make so much noise and that the clothes come out dry but not battered. The memory function is very useful. Best Buy's delivery service was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Very good purchase, I would definitely recommend it.

So far so good works great, very quiet very easy to set up

Seems like a good dryer but a few quirks/cons. First, why is there no light inside?? The inside is like chrome and there is no light. Makes it really hard to see if any small items are left behind. If you just want a timed cycle, you can only set it in increments of 10 minutes. So if you want 15 minutes, too bad. You get 10 or 20. And timed cycle is the only way I have found to be able to set the heat and duration where I want it. I don’t dry clothes on high heat. The only thing I might use high heat for is towels. The “dryness” sensor seems to be a little off. Normal is not quite dry, especially for things like socks or clothing waistbands. I would like to be able to set all my settings exactly where I want them and this dryer seems to only want to offer certain groups of settings together. Frustrating. It does seem to dry well - just realize you’ll have to set it on more dry and that may change other settings along with it. Have had it 1 month so can’t really speak to durability or reliability over time. Price was good.

Works well, lots of different drying options. Push button and knob controls are simple to use. Sounds like a dryer when working so it can't be touted as a silent machine like other much more expensive models state. It has a large capacity and a good deal for the money.

Nice dryer! Got it with the matching washer for an extraordinarily low price. Still working out whether to use the sensored drying or timed. When drying a mixed load, some things may not be totally dry when it stops if using sensored drying. Just means a few thicker things may need a little more dryer time. Does a nice job overall, is quiet, and like the multiple controls/flexibility.

The dryer gets everything dry in one go, with no damp spots, and the lint filter is easy to clean. Both units feel sturdy, look great, and have plenty of settings for different fabrics. I’ve noticed my clothes come out fresher and softer than with my old machines. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade!
