Having a terrible experience with customer support. It’s taking 10 days to have dryer picked up to return. I read several reviews stating same experience with washer. I should have listened and never ordered the washer and dryer set. Purchased a set from Lowe’s yesterday, it was delivered today and works great! I’m sorry Best Buy, awful customer service/support.

We had mostly dry clothes. At first I thought I just had to get used to it, being a new/different dryer, but it kept getting worse until it stopped working entirely after about a month. I understand that I was just unlucky and got a bad one, that happens, I don't give bad reviews for something like a defective unit. My bad review is that they won't replace it. They keep sending out repair, which appointments are usually about 2 weeks or more apart, and it's still not fixed. We're now nearly 5 months in, and they still won't replace it, just scheduled yet another repair appointment. I feel like they are deliberately trying to run out the warranty timer. Certainly they have spent more in labor and parts than the unit would have cost to replace, all at the expense of my family not having a working dryer among all the other inconveniences. We're not a rich family, this was a big purchase for us because it was important. Super disappointed.

Works reasonably well, have to run it twice for some larger loads. It’s not very energy efficient, and just one load drives the power bill up significantly. Would not recommend for large families.
