    I like the dryer it has varyung cycles. However, it gets ur clothes dry no dampness and in a tinely manner.

    Dry dry gently. There are many settings I like the normal setting and I choose very dry and done! It is electric and does its job very well.

    Worked great for 13 months then the heat completely stopped working. 1 month after warranty ended and this dryer is junk. 3 visits from Geek Squad including their most experienced technician couldn't fix the problem and now I have to buy a brand new dryer only a year later. No honoring warranty that was only 1 month expired. And to make things worse, it took more than a month of having no dryer for all the visits and return visits from Geek Squad only to conclude the only thing to do is buy a new one. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Hate that this 1 year old dryer is now landfill bound, what a disgusting waste of time, money, and resources.

    Got the dryer 2 yrs ago its not an everyday use but it doesn't dry as well as it did when 1st purchased and yes its been cleaned thoroughly multiple times. Kind of disappointed
