The gas version took 8 hours to dry one small load of clothes. Best buy customer service and installation technicians were incredibly inconsistent. Some of them telling me that my exhaust vent was clear when it was not. Others telling me that I had to pay extra or come in person to the store and others telling me differently. The dryer they delivered also had dents and holes in it - a thing only the third technician to my home noticed. I gave up and bought a dryer from someone else.

After about 4 cycles it still did not produce any heat.
