The sensor option cycles weren't at all reliable so utilized the timed options to dried the clothes.. Unfortunately, even with moderate amount of clothes the dryer wouldn't completely dry the clothes within 80 minutes... I wouldn't recommend this dryer due its unreliability and inefficiency.

Not a fan of extra warranty costs ... in this case I wld not have bought this dryer ... Only 6 loads a week ... Bad workmanship, cheap and not ment for long lasting. bad business from Best Buy signature brand ... I did expected better

The first time I dried 4 bathroom rugs, but they did not completely dry. On that occasion, I chalked it up to their thickness and let them air dry the rest of the way. The second time I dried a couple pair or pajamas and undergarments (not a huge load by any means). On both attempts I used the manual feature (because I don't like the sensor feature.) Needless to say, the 2nd load took many dry cycles at 60 minutes each, and my clothes still didn't dry. I don't know the solution, but even the drum is cool immediately after the door is opened. That doesn't seem reasonable. Currently, I am NOT pleased with this purchase and would not recommend this dryer to anyone unless there's an amicable resolution. I just want to dry my garments. Is that too much to expect? Delivery was effortless.

It’s super simple, no fancy whistle and bells, just a good oke fashion dryer. However, after less than a month, the dryer stopped heating. Best Buy was quick to send someone out and they replaced the whole dryer! Super impressed with BB and that decision. Yet, after 3 more months, it has happened again. Once again, BB to the recue. The local store is allowing me to return the set purchased and purchased something else. Very pleased with the store and manufacture policy… not so pleased with this particular product.
