    The automatic settings are not very good. When I put it on something for permanent press and I put that I want it very dry it doesn't run for very long in the clothes are not dry. As long as you're using the time settings you'll be fine.

    Adequate dryer but lacks several refinments which are standard for an inexpensive dryer.

    Beware of Fees. Dryer is OK. The issue was the Install and requesting the door be reversed as it was not indicated in the Specs/Details the side it was on. I called Best Buy. They said to reverse the door it's another $76 on top of delivery fee/disposal fee, parts etc. I asked if they'd waive the fee they said NO. Signed one and done, Buy at another store.

    Don’t recommended. I purchased it November 2024. It already needs to be repaired. There was a wiring issue. They had to order a part. Still waiting for the Geek Squad to repair it. I been without a dryer going on week 3. Geek Squad is giving me the run around now!

    Delivery was made successfully with no damage and the delivery guys set it up. They were more than satisfactory. However, the actual purchase was needlessly prolonged due to lack of customer assistance. Need more employees.

    Heating system stop working after a year of purchased. I have to turn the dryer 3-4times for 80min on high heat to dry JUST A FEW OF CLOTHES (the dryer its not even half loaded, maybe 1/3). tried to see whates the issue with doors opened and its blowing cold air and smells like burning from inside. DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY! pay more for better products

    The most ridiculous thing ever- at delivery I was told all I’d need for this was a dryer vent. after purchasing that- nope now I need a power cord?! who sells appliances without power cords??! I honestly want a refund now. come back and pick it up and give me my $500 back!! ridiculous

    Failed dryer

    I dryer a heavy load making sure not to over fill the dryer. And the dryer started leaking water from underneath. I proceeded to move the metal vent and pulled dryer a little out undid the vent to make sure there was no clogs in the wall. I didn’t see anything but hooked it back up still takes a few dries to dry my clothes all the way

    Don't Buy - Sensor is faulty.

    Dryer sensor stopped working after 4 months. The dryer will shut off if operating in "Sensor Dry" mode and you will need to operate all loads under manual time. My recommendation is to spend a little more and get something that won't break before 6 months of general use. It is a Best Buy brand and I wasn't expecting much, but they tried to take too much cost out of the product. Waiting on service request.

    Thought the price was a good deal but would have been better investing money into a better brand. When we got it delivered they actually gave us a broken unit. Wouldn’t dry any clothes and was dripping water from condensation. Took over a week to get it fully replaced and installed. It still has built of condensation when we do towels even in smaller loads. Clothes take about 3 cycles to dry depending on the load. It’s good if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on a dryer but you’re better off investing in something better.
