Do not buy

When we got it delivered they actually gave us a broken unit. Wouldn’t dry any clothes and was dripping water from condensation. Took over a week to get it fully replaced and installed. It still has built of condensation when we do towels even in smaller loads. Clothes take about 3 cycles to dry depending on the load. It’s good if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on a dryer but you’re better off investing in something better.

Poor excuse for dryer

stopped working properly in less than 1 year

Beware

They gave me an option of in home repair but had to wait 11 days. When repair team arrived they checked my outlet and then the dryer. They said it would be simpler to exchange it. They were there for 5 minutes after an 11 day wait. Now I'm being told to load it back up and bring it back and I can pay full price for a new one. They care nothing about the customers.

Broke instantly

Bad Door Dryer

Had 2 so called technicians that contract with Best Buy that said they fixed it, but the door ended up not closing the very next day. They just rigged it and told me they didn't carry parts with them for repairs.. I regret buying this dryer.

Worst Dryer - Look elsewhere

It barely heats up, and struggles to dry even the smallest loads. It's incredibly frustrating having to put clothes in to dry for an extra 30-60 minutes just to get them almost-dry. It pretty much negates whatever energy savings options the dryer has. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I’ve had this dryer for 14 months and it no longer heats up. Utterly useless. Don’t get me started on the matching washer, which had to be replaced (hassle and a half!) after 8 months. I would steer clear of this brand. It is absolute garbage.

No call day before delivery, claimed to have left after waiting 15 minutes. They left 10 minutes after showing up 20 minutes early. Kept the unnecessary power cable you're required to purchase for installation. The dryer came with its own. Installers didn't know they were installing it instead of just delivering. Trying to get a refund for the cable was a nightmare. I'm still waiting on a gift card that hadn't been issued because the order hasn't been completed on their end for the last three weeks.

Very Disappointed

Did not have a chance to really use to make this determination until past the 15 days. I am now just waiting for someone To come down and repair it or place it. I wish I could just return it. Does not heat up and instead only uses cold air. Have attempted to follow the directions on the book to fox the issues our selves with no success. Takes an entire day to dry one load of clothes.

Clothes Don't Dry
