This is the third time recently Best Buy delivery people have failed. I keep telling them I will never buy another appliance from them but this time I mean it. They hire unprofessional people to deliver and install. It is totally not worth the aggravation when there are other companies to use. Avoid at all costs.

This dryer does not dry the clothes.The first time period disappointed in this purchase.You have to keep pushing the button over and over to finally get the clothes dry

Did not came with the connection cord. I had to buy it separately

Bought 11/2021. Its been less than 4 months and I have had nothing but wet clothes since buying this dryer. It takes 2-3 80 min cycles on high to dry a load of dark clothes. Using any of sensor dry settings it takes even longer. Bedding can take 4-5 cycles on high heat. A load of bath towels is an all day event. Keep it running and maybe that cool air will cry the clothes. I called in a service ticket, they ordered and replace control board 3/7/2022. Put a set of sheet in the dryer within an hour of the tech leaving it still took 2 cycles of 60 min high heat. The dryer never warms up. I called the appliance repair company again and will see what happens.

Basic electric dryer - needed one in an emergency & it serves its purpose.

The delivery was so sub par it was a joke, they wound up leaving it outside. My guys literally turned it the other way and it went right the basement that the "trained professional" delivery guys said couldn't be done! Glad I paid a delivery fee for nothing!

When we opened the box ,the top of the drier wasn't even on the right side even . So we over looked that . Then when we went to clean vent last week ,it was wet not dry dust- lint . So took the back off and the vent pipe inside was never hooked hooked up in fact wasn't even long enough. So this drier wasn't the best choice !

This was the first purchase from BestBuy where the item was terrible. The dryer did not get hot enough during the cycle to dry all items. It was normal to run it two to three times to get all of our clothes dry, so I took it back soon after we purchased it.

I'm returning it and it is the 2nd time. I don't want a replacement because the door broke on the first and second one. On the second one it takes 3-4 times to dry your clothing. The first was 2 times to dry. This dry has major problem.

Once it was shipped did not come with any hookups vent. Once it was hooked staryed to smoke and smell of fire..read a review of it being normal...but so far has been working

It does the job. can’t handle the loads needed for a family of 5. However it gets it done.

To my surprise when I bought this is when you turn the tab to the desired minutes, it doesn’t heat up you HAVE to use sensor dry !!!! I contacted the customer service they wanted me to re break my walls again and return the product!!! I have a narrow door way to my basement!!!! I believe they knew when they sold me this piece because it came without a box and when my husband questioned it the delivery guy said that’s how it was bought….. no it was not, so if you care abt your 500+ $$$$ reconsider buying this junk

Dryer caught on fire. The drum was actually on fire while in operation. No electrical issues noted as the dryer cord was in tact.

Bought mine brand new on sale for $350 and thought i got a steal, i did not. Brand new and does not dry, and wont heat up. Have also heard nothing but bad things so i would spend the extra money and get a dryer that actually works. Extremely disappointing.

Worked for 376 days - exactly 11 days after the end of the warranty - before it started having problems with drying and tumbling. The low heat cycle was never consistently low, but service company said that was a common issue with "cheap" dryers, and pointed out many don't offer the option. Despite cleaning and going through all the trouble shooting issues, it's seemingly not built to last much more than the warranty period.

For the price the quality is not that great. The dryer could it be for less by loney

Used one time for SMALL load of laundry (2 pr shorts, 3 shirts, 4 wash cloths) took extra time to dry. Next day dryer would not turn on at all. Best Buy kindly and quickly sent a replacement, Geek Squad delivery men installed replacement and this one would not turn on for them. Sadly had to return the first dryer and the replacement back for a refund. Best Buy and the Geek Squad we're fantastic unfortunately both dryers were not.

Horrible customer service I am still in the process of trying to get this dryer fixed. It has been three weeks now with a blinking dryer light and a solid, cool light.
