    Stopped working after 4 days. It wouldn't heat up. This was really disappointing, I really liked this dryer's features.

    Takes two hours to dry a large load of laundry. Hot setting is a joke. Some days the wash smells like mold, the next time there is no smell. A big waste of money. My old Sears dryer that lasted 25 years was superior. Look elsewhere, do not take a chance on this lemon.

    Would give it zero stars if i could. First came in and did not work. They replaced it a week later, and the second did not work and was damaged. The installer was very helpfull, but the cust support was no help at all and told me to go in in person. Once i went in they kept trying to upsale me a diffent model and when i chose one they told me it was out of stock and kept upsaleing.

    Work properly they were supposed to bring one out over the following weekend a holiday at that and then they didn't even show up I canceled my plans for a long holiday weekend for them to exchange it and they never showed

    Had for 2 weeks and want dry my clothes washer works great Use it three times the forth it keep saying cooling only try unplugging it try different stuff it want get hot in any way Called Best Buy they there sending a delivery crew out to pick up and is going to bring another so let’s see what happens

    I would like to return this dryer cause it takes 4 times to dry my clothes at d highest that it gets hot on. It does not dry my clothes it leaves them damp and I am not happy with this purchase one bit.

    I bought this an never turned on changed the panel an engine an still don’t work this dryer is no good and Best Buy does not let me return it

    Just bought one and first time using it, it squeaks.. had to call their geek squad to fix. Technician said the bearings were going out. THE DRYER IS BRAND NEW! Then he tells me the part to fix is not bring made. NOT HAPPY !

    It doesn’t dry . It takes several loads to dry the clothes no matter what setting I put it on.

    Nice dryer but ours arrived with a defect. After 7 hours trying to get in serviced, I got a refund towards a new dryer.

    Stopped working right after the year warranty was over. Attempted to use the repair service and they came out and turned it on and it got hot so they said it was fine and left… of course, it didn’t work after that.
