Even when it worked it didn't dry right, Sometimes had to run through twice. You get what you pay for. Not even going to bother to try to fix it. Not worth the money.

Bad dryer

Better off Hanging Clothes Outside to Dry
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 2 years the dryer sensor will stop working. Will also just not dry your clothes unless you run them through twice for 80 minutes on the high setting. Even then you may need to run it longer.

Sat on phone for hours with Best Buy and then tried to find a local service guy but no one could work on them since it is a dryer made specifically for Best Buy! Do not recommend buying.
