This was a birthday present for our son since his dryer stopped working. He stated “ This dryer might be the nicest thing in my apartment!”

Dryer is great. It's a little smaller than my last one, but I knew that going into the purchase. It is very, very easy to use and has a lot of options without being cumbersome to use. One issue--I wanted to flip the door--should have been a very easy job. Several screws were stripped to the point that I couldn't do it. Had to re-assemble on the original side. I contacted Insignia and they were responsive and offered to send a new set of screws, but to be honest, I'm not sure it could be done without compromising the integrity of the door now. Not a big deal--just something to keep in mind. One more thing to consider that I didn't even think about--there's no light inside the dryer. Still worth the price.

For a less expensive model this dryer works really well. I wish it had a light when you open the door, that's really the only draw back.

Great dryer, affordable, space saving and easy to operate.

My dryer went out on me and this one was priced at I believe $399 and I needed a dryer asap and didn’t need anything fancy so this was a suitable replacement. It has been an absolute trooper. The one thing it doesn’t have, and it’s my fault for not checking, is a light when you open the door. I don’t need a light, I needed a good dryer in a pinch and it is absolutely just that. Great buy, don’t waste your money on over engineered dryers, you’re just drying clothes, so just buy one that does that, this dryer dries my clothes wrinkle free and I do enjoy its bell letting me know my clothes are dry so I can get the clothes out before they set too long. Great value, great product, awesome service on the delivery. The delivery service went above and beyond and did exacrly what I asked of them. This was an overall great experience on buying an applicance

I have a Samsung set that I bought less than 2 yeats ago and my dryer died. I am so excited about this dryer and will be purchasing the matching washer this week. I love the low cost and this is the third Best Buy branded product I have purchased. The quality is excellent and budget friendly. The brand doesn't disappoint. I can toss several pair of jeans, thick shirts, and a few sweatshirts without worry. One cycle and everything is dry. If you are on the fence, jump on this dryer. It is simply amazing

This is a good electric dryer for the price. It has Sensor Dry and basic fuctions makes it easier to use it. Even a child can use it.
