The vent that needs to be clean after every use is horrible. There’s spongy stuff around the whole vent and it’s very hard to clean. You have to use a lint roller to clean it or else wash it in the sink bc lint sticks to spongy stuff. That’s how hard it is to clean. Also, the new vent for the dryer was not installed because they said the one I had was fine. They left it at my house rather than taking it back and giving me a credit. I gave it to my daughter to return, because I am handicapped and do not drive. She returned the day after 30 days was up and they refused to give her a credit on my account. I thought that was really not very helpful, especially considering the circumstances and my circumstances.

I was hesitant due to the price being so low but it works great and i have seen a decline in my electricity bill which has been great.

Geek Squad fail

They were either untrained or just didn’t care. They could not make the dryer work and just left. My husband had to rewrite the power cord on the back and install it himself. The Geek squad failed.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading the reviews i was scared to purchase this dryer, but i ordered it and had ir delivered.. and its been the best dryer ive ever had, it has auto sensors so it stops when your clothes are dry.it tells you to clean the filter,the only issue we ran into when installing was our older home wasnt able to use the new dryer cord it was to fat for the plug in, but we used the one from our old dryer and it worked perfect, also we didnt know it came with a cord, but the delivery man just handed us one. I am very happy with my purchase.

Everything takes longer to dry meaning I am spending more money running it and several times pieces of clothing have gotten stuck in the front drum part where it meets the door. On top of that when o fry bed sheets they tangle into a big ball every time and do not dry. This rarely happened in my old dryer. Overall I expected way better performance but am disappointed.

Can't find these (both washer & dryer) anywhere else without it being a few hundred dollars more at least!
