Lint trap collects a lot better than my previous one. Overall, happy with this machine. I've only had it a few weeks, so I don't know the longevity yet.

I'm completely happy with this dryer. The setting lights are a little confusing because it seems like you should have more ability to customize time then the you actually do, but once you get used to that its fine. It dries my clothes in a short amount of time and is as quiet as I need. There is a feature that requires you to remove the lint trap each time before it restarts. I do 75% of the laundry, but when my wife does take a turn she likes to let the lint collect until the dryer is choked to death, and that bad habit is now improving.

It has many ways to customize the drying cycle There are indicators for the basic types of materials - heavy duty, towels, casual, delicate, etc. Then, you can set it to medium heat, high heat, low or no heat etc. You can also set it to 'manual dry' which lets you choose how long to dry (in minutes). I haven't tried manual dry yet, but I like the pre-set dry settings, which have worked fine for my needs so far.
