I called customer service and they came out fairly quickly. The gentlemen that came couldn't have been any nicer - they apologized profusely for the inconvenience and hooked it up correctly. It's been great ever since.

He was very bizarre. Went into the store. The sales rep in the store was outstanding. Delivery people were very pleasant and the dryer works excellent

It's compact, but gets the job done in no time. The buttons/flashing lights feel a little cheesy and an attempt to compete with higher grade units that have motherboards driven by buttons and screens. Fit in my small laundry room without incident!

The functionality of everything is stellar. The delivery guys were amazing. Set up was tough, but I think that was just due to my space I had. This doesn't come with a power cord. Just a heads up.

I have put in like 3 towels and it has taken on high, an hour to dry. Its what I get for trying a store brand that is generic. Im giving it a 2 as its small, fits in the space and was cheap
