Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I might of given it 5 stars but this review is written only a few weeks after getting this dryer and at this point most brands of dryers we have purchased have all failed within 2 to 4 years upon purchase. Regardless of where these US sold dryers are made (here or there) they are all made to the same cheap specs of the manufacturers. Hence, increased sales and more profits not quality. I love the question below, " Would you reccommend this item? How about add the word "maybe". I selected "yes" only because it's new and still works. Most people would do the same. What a way to elicit a possitive, controlled answer.
