No issues with it at all and works great! You have to buy the power cable separately. Make note of whether you have a 4-prong or 3-prong outlet on the wall. The instructions for wiring it are not all that clear, but there is an awesome YouTube video that shows you how to wire it up. I reused my dryer hose after cleaning it out and it fit just fine. The dryer I replaced was bigger, but far less efficient.

Price was great, delivery was EXCELLENT! My Dad went in and in about how friendly and fast the installers unhooked and removed the old dryer and installed the new one. They showed him how the controls worked and informed him if he had any issues at all to contact Best Buy right away. The dryer operates great and the no nonsense controls are just what he needed, this dryer is a perfect fit for his needs. Great price, service and value!

It works perfect, they were virtually no cosmetic defects. The only things I had to buy were the venting and the plug. Tenants are very happy and I got a great deal!

It holds more than you'd think, however even under ideal load sizes it never seems to get clothes completely dry. There always seems to be just a littleeeee bit more time needed to fully dry. This is only with the preset option I haven't had time to test out the Timed Dry modes.
