Some of the parts didn't get installed correctly so I had to have a tech come out but now it's nice and quiet and it works great!

I did not receive a call about my delivery running late until I called. I was placed on hold several times. I learned there was a cancellation 2 days before, no one called to see if i wanted my purchase earlier. The employee answering the phone wa rude and very unprofessional.

After about two months of use I could say that it’s not bad. I highly recommend if you’re living alone. My only complaint is that if you have a big load it will take another cycle to dry. So not good for a family but good for a single person.

I really like this dryer

I read in the reviews here that many people wrote that it takes a long time to dry, but that's not true. It dried even a blanket in half an hour. I set it to 'normal mode, high drying temperature, super dry,' and everything dries very quickly. The installation was also very fast.
