I really like this dryer

I read in the reviews here that many people wrote that it takes a long time to dry, but that's not true. It dried even a blanket in half an hour. I set it to 'normal mode, high drying temperature, super dry,' and everything dries very quickly. The installation was also very fast.

I bought this brand new dryer and it's been nothing but a constant source of frustration as it NEVER completely drys anything. It doesn't matter if I use a "manual" dryer setting or "sensor" setting nor does it make any difference what length of time I select to dry my clothes, the dryer always leaves my clothes damp. If I restart the dryer it will run for about 5 minutes then shut off. Yes, I read the owners instructions and checked the lint filter. Further more when the delivery guys arrived with the brand new dryer, there was a dent on the back of the dryer. The delivery guy called BestBuy Customer Service who said they would give me $100 if I kept the dryer in it's current condition. It has been 5 months and I still have not received a check for the $100, nor did I receive a $100 gift card, I was NOT even credited $100 back to my credit card! I have attached pictures of the damage to the dryer when it arrived. This dryer is nothing but a constant source of frustration and is not a reliable dryer.

Love the different settings you can choose. Not sure if this is for all dryers but it did not come with a cord for the wall, you will have to purchase that separately. Overall, after a month now it’s been working great for us.
