Love it and its so quiet I forget its even running most time's. My old one had a loud buzz that was enough to wake everyone in a 3 mile radius.

Wasn't sure what to expect. But I've been very satisfied with the dryer. Has performed flawless and for the price I could not have chosen a better dryer.

once again Insignia is at the top of affordable quality products. A bid more expensive than i would like to pay. but i love insignia so much. i had to get this one. Yes rebranded products but at reasonable pricing.

I like the simplicity of the dail settings and the dryer heats up fast and very well although the door seems to break kinda fast

I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but seems to be just as good as more expensive dryers. More settings than I need. Drys cloths fast and is fairly quiet.

I purchased this item for my mother as a gift. She loves the product! This was a purchase and value for the price. She has not had a any issues to date.

The dryer is excellent but the delivery service and customer service was not. I waited all day long with my landlord for the dryer to be delivered. By 5pm I got a call stating the driver was late but would be to my home by 7pm. Again I waited, I could see the driver was parked 20 mins from my house for more than two hours when I looked at 9pm on the app to see where he was. I called BestBuy and the customer support line was closed. I sent messages I tried everything and finally I closed my garage door and went to sleep. By 7am the next morning the app stated I need to schedule my delivery for the dryer that should have been delivered the day before, as if I never had scheduled a delivery. I got on the chat immediately, I was transferred to three seperate people. Each person had a different story about my dryer. One couldn’t help, another said it had been delivered, the other said it hadn’t been in stock, by the third person I was told about how special it was they were transferring a dryer for me from another location so I could have it, and due to the issues they would give me a gift card. I said, “I want my delivery fee refunded for the inconvience I was put in for the non delivery and now waiting a full week longer for my dryer.” Believe it or not I was actually kind and considerate when talking to the person who was helping me because it was not their fault. They stated upon delivery to contact back and reference my ticket number and at that time I would be issued my gift card. Well guess what?! I was offered a $6 gift card!!!! I told the person that is unacceptable, and they told me to call a 800 number to further my issue. Honestly, I haven’t called back. It’s a waste of time. They are scripted and not helpful. Even when you are a kind customer, they are trained to lie and not help. Luckily the dryer is good, but I would never recommend Best Buy to anyone. They cannot be trusted. Sorry to put you guys on blast but, I did download my entire chat conversations, and I have proof how horrible the service was and is. I’m fully disappointed about it.

I bought this dryer for my vacation home and its just perfect, good size for a family of 4, no inside light but everything else is good.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. Full disclosure: this dryer replaced a much older one with far fewer features than this one has. Someone who is accustomed to the newer high efficiency machines might be less impressed than I was, but I love this dryer. It's got a lot of useful presets for different types of loads, and the lint catcher is a lot more efficient than the one on the dryer it replaced (which admittedly was older than some full grown adults are). I'm pleased with the purchase.
