I can however, speak of the two young men who delivered this dryer to my parents’ home. Firstly, the customer service follow up prior to delivery was amazing! Secondly, the two men who delivered the dryer were very kind and gracious to my parents. I cannot thank you enough for the very capable and strong delivery men. I appreciate the kindness shown to my elderly parents. That means more to me than the dryer itself. Fast delivery, great scheduling options. Being a part of the Best Buy rewards program is worth every penny we have paid for it thus far. All around fantastic experience!

This dryer was a replacement for her original unit that was stolen from her driveway as she was moving into her new home. This product does everything I mean everything anyone would ever need to do laundry wise. The packaging was top notch the instructions were easy to follow that my 22 year old was able to hook it up by herself. Thank you best buy for offering low price top quality products and for super fast delivery
