Great purchase for price! Love that you are able to set it to different setting and is eco friendly. Works great and dries quickly and efficiently.

I rented a truck because no delivery was available. We brought it home, hooked it up and it has never worked. I have had technicians come out 3 times and parts delivered to my house twice. The second time parts were ordered they were delayed and when they finally arrived, the technician said they were the wrong parts. I tried to return or exchange the dryer as recommended by the technician the second time around, but Bestbuy refused as the return period expired the day before, while I was waiting on technicians and parts. It has been a month and I have yet to be able to use this dryer and yet I'm still stuck paying for it!!! Sucks and I will never buy anything used from Bestbuy again. This is an epic failure and utter shame on Best Buy for purposely and knowingly selling broken appliances that basically needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

The dryer works fine.do measurements before buying.it will not fit in spot old dryer fit.its bigger than the matching washer.

It’s a decent buy for the price. In a pinch it will do. Long term, I’d spend a couple more dollars and get a bigger unit with a light.

Do not buy. I purchased as an Open-Box item in "Good" condition. Plugger it in and with minutes started smoking out of the drum. Tried it on air only so the heating coil didn't turn on, still smoking. Assuming there's a short or the belt that drives the drum is burning. Not worth the risk. The pictures I posted don't do it justice like the video.
