I now only use 80 minute time dry, anything less will not be suffice. Also clothes come out very wrinkly.. if you can afford something better unlike me I would highly suggest a better brand.

Works every time. Simple controls with a good variety of options. One month in and everything works great. Cost is amazing.

We brought it home, hooked it up and it has never worked. I have had technicians come out 3 times and parts delivered to my house twice. The second time parts were ordered they were delayed and when they finally arrived, the technician said they were the wrong parts. I tried to return or exchange the dryer as recommended by the technician the second time around, but Bestbuy refused as the return period expired the day before, while I was waiting on technicians and parts. It has been a month and I have yet to be able to use this dryer and yet I'm still stuck paying for it!!! Sucks and I will never buy anything used from Bestbuy again. This is an epic failure and utter shame on Best Buy for purposely and knowingly selling broken appliances that basically needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
