It's the perfect size to fit in the basement, but also dry my queen comforter! Delivery was on time, and they set it up very quickly. You don't need the most expensive dryer to get the job done, and this one proves that!

I can say that delivery was excellent, arrival communication was greatly appreciated. The two delivery men were courteous, professional, and worked quickly and listened to my instructions.

The sensor dry is the best feature on this dryer. It is fairly quiet and holds a good amount. For the price you can’t go wrong in my opinion

A 'value' product that is pretty terrific

We needed it to be functional and affordable. To be honest, the Insignia brand wasn't going to be our first choice, but the price was right, and it offered almost immediate, and fast delivery. I gotta say, this is a pretty excellent dryer. For one thing, when you have it sense whether the cloths are finished, it actually finishes when the cloths are good and dry. That has not been the case with our past two dryers. It is also surprisingly quiet. No word yet on longevity, but I have to say this product is doing exactly what we wanted it to. We recommend it, even beyond the fact of it being a 'value' product.

It was fairly easy to install. Easy to use. This is definitely a great buy for both small and large families. I love that it doesn't take long to dry large loads. Helpful tip: doesn't come with cord for the wall although that is super easy to install as well.
