It came on time as promised and the delivery men were very professional, speedy respectful of property. When I placed the order it was noted that the installation team would NOT USE ANY ITEMS from the old dryer to install the new dryer and it would be necessary to purchase the ENTIRE installation kit from BEST BUY for $29,99.I purchased the kit and found that only one of the clamps from the kit was used. All of the parts from the old dryer were used with the new dryer.. Upon opening the box I purchased the contents were there: the tape, 3 clamps(one was used) 2 elbows, 1 semi rigid vent. So did I pay $29,99 for 1 clamp from the kit which if told I had an extra one on hand from a purchase for the old dryer. There is not truth and clarity posted in your on line advertisement. Upon reading the comments on line from other customers I should have been fore-warned not to buy the kit. Best Buy this sale was spoiled for this reason. This was my second BIG BUY PURCHASE from Best Buy in less than 2 weeks. Should I start shopping elsewhere? Hopefully NOT !!
