After taxes, delivery, installation and haul-a-way, it was over $555.00. But, still it was the cheapest dryer on the site. It would have paid to have gone an extra $100 to $200 more, because this thing doesn't just look cheap, it's JUNK. It takes TWO drying cycles to dry anything. My 21 year old Kenmore dryer that I had them haul off, worked better than this. Well, we needed a washing machine and thought it would be a good idea to have the Insignia washing machine, so they would match. NO! As soon as they hooked it up and proceeded to run a cycle, water went EVERYWHERE! The Drum Was Cracked. Real Good Quality Control. We had just ordered a couple of new TVs for us and my sister's was an Insignia. She hasn't even opened the box, because it's going back to Best Buy. She'll buy a more expensive TV, as we will NEVER have anything with the name Insignia on it again. After having a Crappy Dryer and a Brand New Broken Washing Machine Delivered. NO! Enough is Enough. We realize that Best Buy doesn't manufacture any of these units, but whoever is doing it, is producing the Bottom of the Barrel Products. BTW, today, we had Best Buy deliver an LG Washing Machine. Yes, it was a couple hundred dollars more, but well worth it. Wish we hadn't wasted so much money on the stupid Insignia dryer, because I seriously doubt it will last a year. It already Doesn't Dry the clothes. Now I know why companies don't want you to know who manufacturers their store's Brand Named Appliances. No one would ever buy that brand name again. The company probably says, "We'll make this cheap junk for you, but don't you dare reveal who made it." ARGH! NO! Under No Circumstances do I recommend this piece of junk or their Broken from the manufacturer's Washing Machines! And yes, I am a little testy about it, because I'm disgusted!
