It ran ok for a few minutes then started with a loud clunky noise. Bad drum. I was so disappointed. I ended up calling Best Buy and asking what is my options. I had to get a new one. So I had to unhook everything and decided to pay for the install to make sure I didn't get a bad drum again. This time it went smooth. They took the broken one away when they left. The dryer works ok for now.
