Heavy loads such as towels, a blanket take much too long in the drying cycle. Comparing it to my GE clothes dryer I'd say performance is not at all what it should be.

Granted haven't had it for that long but already dried 5-7 loads and hasn't disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

Had to dry same load on quick dry for 4 hours and still had to hang up to finish drying. This dryer is better with regular loads.

1) Product Serial Number
2) For bulky loads, such as 1 pcs or 2 pcs comforter, suggest to take out and turn over the load and use time drying to dry enough.
3) Need to confirm the PCBA with latest software update since we had the ECR-5737 drying performance improvement.

The dryer literally is not drying at all. I am going to try and return it. The dryer has power, but zero heat. We did not even own it three months. Stay away from this brand.
