Very inconvenient when there product is the problem..another lost day waiting…and might not be able to fix..if not another wait either a part or new one and sure that will take a week to get done.. Short not happy

The price is good, but you have to keep the loads really small and even then some garments are still damp. Still working with the various settings and types of clothes to find a better working combination. At this point I would not recommend. Money would be better spent on a higher quality unit, and I have had good success with this brand in the past. I guess dryers aren’t their thing.

Not as large on the inside as I had originally thought but overall it’s doing it’s job. We have a family of seven so hope it lasts awhile.

The original one we received was bent and garbage was left behind. We called customer service and I was hung up on and was never called back by a supervisor, but we did get a new one to replace it.
