The salesman at Best Buy was quick to help me find the dryer to match my washer. When it appeared to be on back order he went out of his way to find one that was available to come sooner.

I would to have to pull with alot of force to even open it which i shouldnt have to do . Using such firce caused the plastic piece that holds the dryer closed to break in this was within less than a monthnof me having it . I called the repair people out to fix the door and since he didnt have a new door in the littke plastic piece to hild the deyer closed he took it feom the other side of the dryer door. The door managed to close but it still was taking force to open it . Getting into September my dryer door broke again and then it stopped working all together . I called best buy to send a replacement dryer and not just a repair man which best buy ket me know wasnt possible due to the time frame of me having it . Id basically have to wait a week for a repair man to come iut n assess the dryer to ket me know what coukd be done to fix it and if it couldnt be fixed then and only then would they be able to actually replace it . This replacement and or fix will take up to two weeks to be done . IM ALL AROUND upset woth this dryer in best buy as a company . I assumed id have a nice working deyer and washer combo set and i actually got a horrible dry mer NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM .

I'm very disappointed with how it works - my clothes take a very long time to dry and once they're finally dry they're so wrinkled that I don't want to wear them. I've tried all of the suggested settings. My advice is that you spend the extra money and buy a better dryer. There isn't any cost savings when you have to use your dryer for 80 minutes to dry a load. I'm sure my gas bill will be much higher. Save yourself the money and aggravation and buy a better dryer.
