Along with it's matching washer, this is the WORST dryer I have ever owned. I deeply regret not spending a bit more for a dryer that doesn't need several cycles to dry a load of clothes, towels, sheets, etc. Towels: dried on High and More Dry yet NOT DRY at the end of the cycle. EVERY load is like this. Unacceptable.

Got this as an affordable option and the low setting is pretty low, we use the medium as the low heat option instead. It does take the loads longer than what I'm used to but for now it does the job.

The item was delivered and installed. The scheduling process was good. However, the unit failed after 4-5months of use. It is under warranty and working with Bestbuy to get it repaired.

This entire order was a disaster! I ordered this machine on 12/31/22 and after realizing that I had a gas dryer and not an electric dryer (my error) everything went downhill from there. Three different delivery men came to my house and each stated that my plumber had installed the wrong gas line and finally on 01/16/23 a delivery group who were very rude took my new clothes dryer off their truck, put in on a dolly, and rolled it down my sidewalk, up the alley and into the rear entrance to my house. They took my old dryer away and just left the new dryer sitting in my basement uninstalled. I had several conversations with my salesman who finally suggested I contact the large Product Fulfillment Resolution Department. I called and spoke to a woman named Cindy on 02/20/23 who was very sympathetic but did nothing after I called her the next day to tell her that my plumber came to my house again on 02/21/23 and had no trouble hooking up the dryer. Something none of your delivery people were able to accomplish. So this means that I was without a dryer for three weeks! No one helped me get the dryer working. Not the salesman, not the delivery people and certainly not the Resolution Dept. So I had to pay a plumber for what your representatives were suppose to take care of, as was stated on my sales agreement. This is outrageous!

Avoid Insignia – Poor Quality and No Support I would strongly advise against purchasing any Insignia products. Their devices seem to be designed to fail right around the one-year mark—conveniently just as their limited warranty expires. When my product broke down shortly after the warranty ended, I was left with no support from the company. Even worse, I had purchased an extended two-year warranty, thinking it would provide additional protection. Turns out, that was a waste of money too. Insignia still refused to cover the repair and instead tried to charge me just to have someone come out and look at the issue. This company does not stand behind its products, and their customer service is useless when you actually need them. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more reputable brand. Stay away from Insignia!

Shopping for a new dryer and saw this open box special on the floor at a great price so gave it a try. Turns out it was defective. Moisture sensor didn't work, cut off with clothes still wet and even with timed dry had to run multiple cycles. I believe this was a return by someone else and shouldn't have been sold to anyone else. That said, dryer returned and purchased a new LG dryer from Best Buy and couldn't be happier. Although I checked would not recommend, a new properly working dryer is probably ok.

Takes three cycles to dry very small loads. Very disappointed with this purchase. As they say, you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get something that won’t cost a fortune on you gas or electric bill.
