Nice dryer, but it was just delivered 2 months ago and it quit heating up. Now I Have to call in for a repair. Need to find my paperwork as I don’t know if I got a warranty. $400 would be nice!

Absolutely horrible experience. Delivery was good but the product and customer service was not. Dryer stopped working after 3 loads, was t told they were going to send out a service tech and if they said it wasn’t worth fixing they would give me a new one. Well, he said it wasn’t worth fixing because it was brand new. I co texted Best Buy and they said because of the way I was financing it they would not replace it. 3 service visits it took to fix the dryer. 3 times I had to waste my time not including the day of delivery I had to be home. I would never buy from here again. So this $400 I could win I think I deserve it.

I love my new dryer. The easy to follow startup directions were great. Now I have heat in my dryer that I never had in the old one. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this.

It’s nice and easy to use. I do have to dry my clothes twice as it’s still damp after the first drying cycle.

Think the barrel is too small to allow clothes to tumble freer . It still feels damp after one hour drying

came out of the box with legs missing had to go to store to get legs off display. Can't call storegoes to national call center they're no help. Terrible way torun a business and manager agreed

It was beautiful but too big for the space and egress.

Perfect dryer for the money. We are done buying overpriced appliances from companies that should stick to TVs.

Takes a while to get settings right on mixed loads. some things dry while others arent. I also could have done a little more research on my end. Not horrible over all

It’s okay, it dries the clothes fine, but they are not fully dry even on the “very dry” cycle, and they’ll get musty if you forget and leave them in there.

Delivered with dents and holes. Delivered without an installation kit or orders to install. Technicians stated exhaust was clear when it was not, leaving myself and child in a fire hazard situation. Customer service sometimes helpful and sometimes not with exchanges and returns. One person told me I had to come into the store when I didn't. Another told me that I had a straight across exchange with no extra charge and then the next person charged me. Dryer took 8 hours to get one load dry. Just don't buy from these people. It's an ordeal.

No problem with BB, however the third party delivery people were a nightmare! Doubt I’ll purchase again. Dryer is smaller than our old one, didn’t think of comparing, thankfully it’s just two of us now
