    Junk product, and brand. Heating element failed 15 months after purchase and dryer is out of warranty. Even the GeekSquad tech said that the Insignia brand is awful, and he recommended we purchase another dryer vs going the repair route, which we did.

    Trash. Do not buy open box. Received an exchange I had to pay the difference out of pocket for same dryer. Dryer leaves clothes damp. Need to run 2 cycles. Highly do not recommend.

    I really wanted to like this item. Unfortunately, the drying time is much longer than my old dryer and the option selections are a bit hard to see and understand. Also, the door was installed on the wrong side. I know that I can change it myself, but...

    Insignia gas dryer stopped working

    This product stopped working after 9 months. I called best buy to repair it and they told me the parts that are bad are not available. Hence forth I had to get a new dryer. This product was still covered under manufactures warranty

    Dryer is perfectly fine in terms of features but the build quality is less than ideal. The heating element failed shortly after the very lackluster 1 year warranty expired, which was an expensive $140 repair.

    Wrong product as a gift.

    Bought for a family member with small children. The tech could not get it hooked up. Now, it needs to be returned, after the "Return Date". Now, they're saying only I can go get the return done. Because my name is on the order. This was NOT set up right. Not sure I'd ever use BB for an appliance or a gift.

    Had it for 3 to 4 months now. It no longer drys the load. Tec refused to come repair despite it being under warranty. I recommend buying somthing and somewhere else.

    Geek squad is of no help, 3 hours zero resolution

    After 8 months the igniter stopped working, it took a month just to schedule service and order parts. I wanted to just replace the dryer since it is under manufacturer warranty but the geek squad was literally awful to deal with.
