    Terrible product! Bought it in January and it went out by March ..They replaced it with a brand new one, and here I am 3 months later with the same problem. Dryer just stops working after months, I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

    power switch went out, 2 service call and sill not fixed tech wont listen that it is the power switch replaced bunch of stuff but still will not turn on ITS THE POWER SWITCH!!!! Was planning on replacing the washer but wont be getting it here Geek Squad stinks!!

    Clothes do not fully dry. Need to run 2 cycles set for 80 minutes each at Very dry. Clothes aren’t just damp, they are still wet after first 80 minute cycle.

    Nightmare Experience.

    Ordered the dryer in September. Two prior delivery dates were canceled after the delivery time passed. When they eventually delivered the dryer it was dead on arrival. I bought my 95 year old mom the dryer when her dryer died after 40 years. This has been a nightmare for us and I'm not sure if I would ever purchase anything major from Best Buy ever again. Lots of failed promises.

    Arrived with faulty igniter

    The igniter on this model wasn't functioning properly at install so I had to have a replacement sent 2 weeks later. I'm nervous about how well it'll function moving forward.

    I had a dryer that was 40 years old that dries better then this one. The first time it was delivered there drivers said I needed a new gas value. And couldn't install it. So I spent $100 for a new value, Second delivery say I had the right value all along. Put old one back on an it works

    Not a good dryer. Doesn’t do what it says it’s supposed to do. It takes forever to dry clothes in it. Returned mine and got a completely different brand of dryer.

    Garbage Dryer sold by Best Buy

    if there s a ZERO star I would choose that. After paying a plumber to install this gas dryer and then turning it on, the heat works but the drum doesn't turn therefore it is a piece of junk. I am very upset that Best Buy sells defective open box items, you lost me as a customer.

    Horrible and not worth the cost. Used the towel settinh for 6 towels on high and they were still wet. Took 3 cycles to get them dry. Since we're beyond the return date, we're stuck with it. The only bonus was the delivery team.

    Geek squad delivery is a joke!!

    I can't review the dryer as it wasn't delivered. Evidently Best Buy uses The Geek Squad to make deliveries and they wouldn't come down my driveway that had a half inch of snow on it. I canceled the dryer and bought one from ABC Warehouse, they had no issues with making the delivery.

    Bought the dryer and went to pick it up at the local warehouse location. Got jt home and hooked it up and found it wouldnt dry anything. Have tripple checked all plugs gas lines valves ect. So seems the product is defective.

    I normally like insignia products but this one is a lemon. I don’t know If the sensor was broken or what but it shut off after 10 minutes and the only setting that sorta worked was time dry on high. Do not buy I retired the next day.
