I have several old Monitors and TVs and old computer that I am able to continue using with this device. If not for this adapter cord, I would have to discard them and purchase a new device.

Works great for USB-C to HDMI 2.1

The latency is not the best for watching movies/playing games, but unless you are looking for the stats you wouldn't really know. These work great for my purposes. The only Issue that I have is that the 6' is not long enough for some of the things that I want to do with it.
