    My review below is not for the item per se but for the GREAT customer service I recently received from a Best Buy employee- Deyanira, who I encountered two different times during the same day, when I made several purchases and had to return one. At pick up for one item she was extremely courteous and helpful with a couple of questions I had that she went out of her way for in a really big way to help me get answers to. Later in the day I had to return one of my in store purchased items and once once again I was treated with an incredible level of courtesy , especially considering the fact I was returning an item and she was very busy at the time!!
