    cable was bad would have taken it back but did not have the time replaced it with a different make cable and went up from a cat 5 to 7. the new cable worked great.

    Needed this cable right away. No one else in town had. it was about $12.00. I bought one online for $1.25

    Not sure if the cable is damaged or if system is not configured correctly. The snap lever broke that holds in place.
