This product fixes one of the fatal flaws of the SNES classic, the oddly short length of the controller wire. Though the box states the cord is for the NES Classic, they both have the same controller input, so it works for both. I've not noticed any input lag as a result of the cord. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I was lucky enough to have purchased an NES, and like anyone else just as lucky, I came home only to realize that the controller wire is super short! I highly recommend this for anyone playing on the NES Classic Edition. It helped my family actually reach our couch so that we can sit down and play. Also, the price is somewhat reasonable.

The Nintendo classic controllers are ridiculously short, almost unusable. This extension cord extends the controller cable to a usable length and has nice flexibility. It does click into the unit so to remove the cord from the NES Classic you need to press in the buttons to release the tab. Similar to how the Wii accessories worked.

This cable extender made a world of difference while playing on the NES Classic. The controller cable is entirely too short, leaving you either playing 2 feet from the TV or having to use a long HDMI cable to get further from the TV. This cable gives you the room to move back from the screen and play a little more comfortably.

The extension is a must have since the cable on the controller that comes with the console is very short. You can get two and hook them up together as one as well to get even more length. It is compatible with the Nintendo branded controllers and have had no issue with connectivity. Pretty good for the price.

Assuming you're fortunate enough to have located a NES Classic, you're gonna need these. Now you don't need to be three feet away from your television. There's also no lag caused by their addition, so there's really no downside other than the $10 you need to spend to fix Nintendo's shortcomings, no pun intended.

I recommend this product to everyone who purchased the reissue of the NES Classic. With the joystick cord being so short there's no way around it without purchasing this. This is a must have item just to really enjoy the console for the purpose of being able to be comfortable enough to enage in the game.

For anyone that has the NES Classic, you know that the cable on the controller is painfully short. Adding this extension allows you to sit a bit farther away and play. I've never tried using more than one extension together, so I can't attest to that. This is a necessity if you have the console.

This product works exactly as intended. The controller cable that comes with the NES Classic is only 3ft, which made me have to sit on the floor too close to a large tv. This cable allows me to sit where I normally do while watching TV and playing console games and enjoy some old school gaming.

The controller the nes Classic comes with is so short. Like 2 feet. This accessory from insignia brings it up to 8 feet. The 2 feet plus the 6 feet. I now have more than enough space to move around and not have to worry about pulling the nes Classic. It's a definite purchase in my book.

This thing is great. Don't play more than $10. If you want to use it with the NES classic you will need to remove the Wii controler strap clip if you want to fit 2 controllers in the NES. I've gotten two of these things from two different brands. On one of them the clip was screwed on with a gamebit screw, the other is just a normal philips. I believe this one was the philips.

If you're going to use the Nintendo NES Classic's OEM controller, you'll need an extension cable because the original's is short! This is a good option. Knock a star or two off because this cable seems like it was made for the Wii as it has a clear plastic piece at the connector that needs to be removed with a screwdriver for there to be enough space to plug in another controller cable. If you plan on buying two cables, pricing is a bit better at other retailers.

It's as simple as plug and play. There's not much needed for a review here. You plug in the extension and you get 10 more feet to work with. I wish the controller had a long enough cord in the first place so I wouldn't have to buy this, but that's no fault of the accessory itself.
