I didn't even know this format existed until I bought a Blu-Ray player that only had a coaxial audio output and couldn't hook up to my sound bar using the standard dual red & white RCA cables. That being said, I was a victim of my own impatience by going into my local Best Buy store and dropping $14 on this thing. The next day I found dozens of listings online for the same type of cable for about a third of what I paid to get it in the store. If you don't need this cable right this minute, go shop for it online, it's MUCH cheaper for the same thing!
