    I was sorely missing out of watching football with full sound as I could not get the tv sound to my surround speakers with my last tv. When we bought our new 3D tv, the associate at Best Buy quickly pointed out that this cable is what we would need to do just that. And that was before I even got to ask if it was possible. I am so thrilled as it does exactly what it promises - full sound for every tv channel we watch.

    The optical wire was reasonably priced. I had no trouble installing it I connected it from my Bose surround sound system to my cable box without any difficulty. The quality of the sound is excellent. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of an optical connection for the new cable boxes.
