I needed this cable as I discovered that my new PC equipped with those display ports and nothing else. Worked for me, but a little pricy in my humble opinion...

I know five years from now, once more people are using DisplayPort (if) the price will come way down. But in the meantime this is price gouging! I had to buy it to drive my awesome new monitor so I got stuck you know where. Yes it works but how bad can someone screw up a cord? And you sent me an email telling me you'de like me to give a rating? Pffft! That's my feedback! LOL
