    This cable is designed to convert DisplayPort output to HDMI. I'm using it to connect an HP laptop (DisplayPort Output) to an LG Monitor (HDMI Input). It works as advertised.

    Seems well made, but I found out this cable cannot run "backwards" because of the technical requirements of HDMI and display port. That's why I bought it. I'll keep for future connections.
