    I find it odd how much they charge for cables, I use to make cables by hand for DoD and they were special cables that had specific requirements. For regular cable - video, electronic, audio, the only top quality cable would be gold end to end not plated/coated and have a low impedance. 1 dollar of gold plating doesn't equate to 50-100 dollar increase in price!

    It did work with a mini-DP port on a workstation, but not with the Dell dock. Had to use a different cable.
