Again this adapter works great, delivers a crisp clean & bright image on the screen. Has a large range of Resolutions to fit your needs. And if you are running some of hte 1st gen HD monitors it allows you to be able to get that HD view without having to install a new video card or replacing the monitor......

Since I just brought my mother a new computer and monitor needed to hook everything up. Thought that I could use the cables from the old system but would have needed special adapters to make it work. Lucky for I was told about this cable and life was much easier for the hook up. Thanx BestBuy!!!

Using the Insignia DVI-D-to-HDMI cable on an Apple Mac Mini. Was originally looking for the Apple product but Best Buy only had the Insignia brand. Picture quality is perfect and cable fits snugly in the HDMI port. No regrets with this purchase. Comparable to Apple or Belkin.

I had a perfectly good 7-yr-old ASUS monitor that I wanted to keep and use with my new HP Envy PC. My old PC to monitor cable wouldn't work as the cable with the new PC was HDMI at both ends. I needed HDMI at one end and an old fashioned screw-on type fixture at the other end. Best Buy had this one in stock and it works great.

Recently purchased a new 4K TV and it was suggested that I also needed a new DVI-D to HDMI cable for the best viewing. Have to say I was reluctant to purchase this cable but after installing the new TV and then viewing the TV with both, I'm very glad that I purchased the new cable.

My wife needs two monitors to work from home. I had purchased the wrong cable and the geek squad rep that was helping me recommend this cable so I would not need to purchase adapters. It works great and allows the second monitor to be placed where it’s needed to work efficiently.

Had an older monitor that didn't have an HDMI connection. Bought this so that I could use the monitor with a laptop that had a cracked screen. It worked as advertised. No regrets. Insignia makes decent products for the price.

Needed this cable to connect my computer to my 26" VIZIO TV to use as monitor. Perfect picture! To save money I first purchased an adapter, but ended up returning because there just seemed to be some picture degradation. So spend the extra couple bucks and just get the cable on the first try. Works great and love the HUGE monitor now.

Using in a remote work setup to attach monitor to laptop dock. HDMI port already in use for existing desktop configuration. Allows me to switch between laptop and desktop fairly easily.

Desparate! With technology growing faster than your existing equipment had to find an immediate work around for connecting 5 year old monitors with no HDMI to new commuters with HDMI. This works!!! Not normally a fan of Insignia - and this same item sells on Amazon for less than $10.00. This item was $36.00. I recommend checking all available resources if you have the time.

Best Buy is the 1st place I go to buy all my electronic gear. They have quality new items, but they also carry the best in accessories and tools for components we already have. This cable is one of the trickiest to buy and Best Buy had it! Their ink deals are also unbeatable. Love ya, Best Buy!!!

Bought it to use on a NVR for a camera system. Worked as described when others bought on line didn't. No software to load or anything complicated to go through. Definitely recommend this item.
