    If you go the NES Classic you know the controller cables are really short. These cables make playing NES classic at a distance more enjoyable. Can also be used on SNES Classic.

    If you are fortunate enough to have either the classic NES, the classic SNES, or both, these are a fantastic accessory. In particular the NES controller cable is pretty short. Since we all have much bigger TVs than I did when I had the original NES, it makes more sense to sit farther back. This extension gives you that ability. And they are very reasonably priced.

    If you’ve bought the Nintendo NES Classic and didn’t yet take it out of the box, you’ll soon discover that the 3-foot controller cables are exactly no more than three feet. Who sits only three feet from a TV? This Insignia 6-foot extension cable is a required purchase for anyone who intends to use the Nintendo NES Classic and sit more than three feet from a screen.

    Are you buying or do you have one of the NES Classic mini-consoles? Then get this. You're gonna need it. The controller that comes packaged in with the NES mini has a two foot long cord. That wasn't an issue back when we were playing via analog on a 19 inch tube TV but that close nowadays is nearly impossible. The added distance these give you is invaluable.

    These cables are definitely needed to play the nes classic mini given that the controller is only 3 feet in length. This gives it an extra reach of about 9 feet so you don't have to play right up against the tv screen. If you're planning to buy the nes mini definitely pick up these extension cords to give your controller extra reach from where your sitting

    This is a Christmas gift, but there's no way you can play w/o these extension cords! I certainly wonder why Nintendo would make the standard cord only six feet in length (this isn't 1980!). You will absolutely need to purchase a set of these. 5 Stars because you need them and they're cheap. 0 stars for Nintendo forcing you to spend extra on cords...
