I'm so glad I bought these the kids are way too short at least this way with these extensions you can sit in your comfortable chair are old bodies aren't meant to sit on the floor for hours play Nintendo anymore we need pillows and extender chords

The one controller that comes with the new NES system is quite short, and I needed both of these cords to be able to sit on the couch and play. I am no longer a teenager and able to sit on the floor for extended periods of time. This is great.

The cables for the controllers on the NES and SNES are so short that if you have a large TV then you will be way too close while using the game system. Getting these extension cords is a no-brainer! They work perfectly fine for both systems.

The NES Classic controller and the extra Nintendo controller both come with cords that are only about 2 feet long, so the extension cord is a must. I’ve noticed no problems, lag or otherwise, with either controller from using the extenders

I saw these at the store after I bought my NES retro system. These were much needed because the controller cables are very short. Now I can actually sit more than 3 feet away from the tv when I play. Also compatible with the SNES controllers.

These extension cables are great and are an inexpensive solution to fixing the short cable problem for the NES/SNES classic editions. The only item I cannot comment about is the longevity of these cables as I've only had them for about 2 months.

I don't sit close to the tv to play games which the default cable for the NES/SNES would require me to, so having these extension cables give me the freedom to sit far. They work well; no issues. Also, the item is priced accordingly.

I have plugged these in and had no issues! the cords that comes with the NES classic is way too short and would recommend these. I like to extra length for the SNES classic as well. Got these on sale and was definitely worth it

Bought these cables for Nintendo classic. The controllers have very short cables. The kids now a days need to be farther away from the games, probably because the Tvs are much bigger than we had ! A must have for the game console.

These cords are a must have for any SNES classic owner. It makes gaming so much more comfortable with the longer cords so you can sit back and retro game for hours without sitting so close to your TV. And their super cheap too.

Just purchased my SNES system and was really glad I ordered the extension cables for the controllers. The six extra feet of controller cable really helps. If you’re buying a NES/SNES system you should definitely order a pair of these!

The controller for the NES classic only has like a 2.5 foot cable, so these are perfect to use to actually sit on your couch and play. If you don't mind wires, these are a great choice to add some length to your controller cables.

This is a must have for anybody with the NES or SNES mini edition because the cords are ridiculously short and without these extenders I'd have to stand in front of the TV to play. The fact that you get 2 for this price is awesome.

Regardless of your viewing distance, these cables are an absolute must-have for the NES Classic Mini. The original cable length is just not conducive to many room layouts and these extension cables certainly help. Highly recommend.

The NES Classic was a great mini-system, but its biggest flaw was the length of its controller cables. This pair of extensions is priced great at ten dollars and does the job of extending the controller cables to a proper length.

Nintendo for life... had to snag these up while on sale. Nice to have for bigger living rooms or bigger set ups for location of nintendo being alittle bit further away. They are not likable, which kinda stinks...

Unless you want to sit very close to the game console, you want these. The connections click together to hold good contact as you move your controller around. Nice to be able to back away from the TV/console another 6 feet.

Although there are alternatives for wireless controllers, I like using the original controllers. There is no input lag and the cable is well built. I can finally sit on my couch and play and not pull up a seat.

If you get the SNES, you absolutely must get these extensions as well. The controller cables aren't that long, so these extensions are definitely a requirement if you hope to sit on the couch and be comfy while you play.

This is exactly what you need for either of the Nintendo mini consoles. You can either have two cords that are 6' or one that is 12'. Plenty of room to work worth considering how short the controller cords are.
