These extension cords are sturdy and long enough to reach where I need them to go. You will need. 3-prong outlet to use, but that’s safer.

Boy o Boy did we need this cord I prefer to buy good quality cirds if possible, i usually go with a different brand but decided to go with insignia and it was a Excellent purchased still working and is in good Condition

It does its job, although it does feel a bit heavy. That could be a good thing, having a sturdy thickness, but it does feel quite bulky.

This cord works great, is pretty standard. If this is the sort of thing you’re looking for, than this product works great. I have it hooked up to another extension cord and a power strip and haven’t had any issues

I needed this cord to extend my tv power cord due to it being up on a tv stand wall mount. Cord is the perfect length and durability I needed.

I bought this extension cord because I only have one plug in my bedroom and the air conditioner's cord didn't come close to reaching. I wanted a heavy duty / 3-pronged extension cord to plug into a surge protector. I feel safer AND I now have AC in my bedroom when I need it.

I was a little hesitant at first about buying a store brand power cord. I was afraid that it would heat up or cause a spark, but so far this thing has been holding up after 2 1/2 years of constant use. I would buy it again.

You may think this is just another cord but it is better. My use was to connect it to a wall mount tv and hide the cord behind the tv and the fireplace as the cord that came with the tv was not long enough. My first cord was too rigid although it was the same diameter and type. I bought this cord because it was flexible and could easily be hidden, so the ease of use of this product was far superior than the first one (unnamed) that I purchased.

Thick cord & high quality… I happen to own a professional DJ entertainment company so I know a good cord versus a bad one when I see it this one is definitely great should last for years

It does it's job of extending an outlet with ease! We used this to hang a tv while running this behind a piece of trim tucked into a corner, works well. Have had no issues to date!

I purchased this extension cord for use in an apartment with very few outlets. It is nice for use indoors as it isn't the bright orange color of my other extension cords; it blends in with the room better. It is convenient to have around.

This is a high quality extension cord, it is black and it works. Not much you can say about it but I will say that it is thicker than most which may make it hard to hide if needed, but if you are going to leave it exposed it looks higher quality.

The chest freezer which I was picking up in the store came with a ridiculously short cord, so this was a must buy. Best Buy is probably earning more profit on this rather pricey piece of insulated wire than on the freezer, but the convenience of picking up both items at the same time made it worthwhile to overpay for this cord. Anyway - it's durable and rated for sufficient amperage.

I bought extension cord at Lowes and it says it can handle everything including heater.After 2 months the socket are beginning to burn. ( blacken residue). Then I saw this entention cord at Bestbuy , to replaced my old one. This cord is really Heavy-duty, not even a sign of burn.

My elderly mother's house is not upgraded electrically so I bought this and a long extension cord for my computer equipment and television stuff. It works perfectly. I wanted to make sure nothing happened to my electronics come thunderstorm season.

a little pricey but better than a cheap extension cord from walmart. if you have kids this is great. my toddler likes to pull on cords so this heavy duty cord will withstand the constant yanking. my last walmart cord did not hold up.
