Easy hook up, makes for a very clear picture. Good valve for price.

The cord is good quality. If possible buy a longer one so you can reach the tv from the couch.

Hi, we bought the cable for one of our laptops that suffered water damage and the screen no longer works/ found out the HDMI drives a tv screen just fine so now our former broken Mac Laptop now functions with a TV screen instead... works! (You don't have to have a broken screen/ but for a wired screen connection this works well!!!

I like this cable as it allows me to hook up my Dell screen to my Mac laptop so I can have a larger work surface to look at. It works really well, and the longer cord is great as it gives me plenty of length to have my laptop in my lap and the larger screen on the table in front of me.

I used this to connect a new MacBook Pro 13" to an external Acer monitor. Acer is more geared to the PC world and none of the cables included with the monitor matched any of the ports on the Macbook, but this HDMI to display port cable solved the problem. The 6' length is great, and the HDMI display on the monitor looks beautiful. A great solution.

There always seems to be a shortage of these at the office so I grabbed a handful during my recent BB trip and I'm glad I did. They are a great value and the 6' length made quick work of what had previously been tricky installations, without having too much slack that looks cluttered with a 10' cord. Highly recommend.

This adapter has been the perfect way for me to connect my Macbook to my Dell monitor. The thunderbolt port works exactly as it should and the connection between the two screens is flawless. It allows me the option to either mirror my screens or use them in conjunction together as two separate pictures. Insignia did a great job!

I got a nice new LG Monitor at Best Buy and needed an inexpensive cable to use it with my older generation MacBook Pro. This cable works perfectly from the mini port on the MacBook to the HDMI input on the LG. Now I can use both of my Macs as needed.

awesome cable very fast picture quality and great length

Purchased this cable to connect our laptop to the TV in the hotel to watch movies. Worked great! Was able to watch our streaming services. Purchased at the Best Buy in Charlotte and the sales guy was so knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.

This cable works great. It allows a single connection between the display port of the Mac and the monitor without any other adapters or cables. The less connections, the better the signal, the geek guy told me. I am glad I bought this. Screen looks great. Cable is of nice quality.

So, if you have a mini-display port ot Thunderbolt 2 port on one device & an HDMI port on the other, this is what you need to make it work. And it does work, which is about all one can expect from a cable! This is also fairly thin & flexible which is a nice added bonus, so I gave it the full 5 stars.

As far as wires go it's great! It has an amazing personality and insightful opinions on life, death and the meaning of it all. What did you expect in a review for a cable? The fr asking thing sits there and connects my Mac to a second monitor it doesn't it's job while sitting there unnoticed and untracked by society.

Worked great and never had any problems with it. I did end up needing to upgrade to a USB-C to HDMI cable eventually with the new Macs that came out but worked while it lasted. Now it's in the garbage because I have no use for it. If you need one of these it works great.

This cable is quite good, and works for my particular use case- from an OWC dock to an HDMI monitor. That being said, I was surprised at the steep up charge on this particular item; in recent years BestBuy has been much better about competitive pricing. I'll be keeping the cable though, as it is good enough to use despite the extra wallet pinching.

I did not know which cable I needed and the service guy was really very helpful, explaining why I needed the cable I did and even took the time to look up my projector purchase so that it would be correct. Cable works fine, but it's just a cable and I did not anticipate any issues.
