    AT FIRST I WAS HAPPY TO RECEIVE A SURGE PROTECTOR WITH AN 8FT CORD. UPON READING THE INSTRUCTION PAPER POKED INSIDE THE PACKAGING, IT STATES THE PLUG AND THE PROTECTOR MUST BE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FEET DISTANCE IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY. NEVER HAD THAT BEFORE WITH OTHERS I ALREADY HAVE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE AMOUNT OF JOULES WAS ONLY 900 WHICH IS LOW DEPENDING ON WHAT TYPE OF ELECTRONICS ARE BEING PLUGGED IN. HAD TO RETURN IT. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT I RECEIVED A STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF TOTAL REFUND. THE PURCHASE WAS OVER 14 DAYS. WHAT CAN I BUY FOR $21.00 UGHH
