After losing the monitor due to a thunderstorm we plugged our new one into this surge protector and no longer fear thunderstorms!

If you're looking for no bells and whistles, just the basics surge protector, I feel like this is a good choice at a great price point. Don't expect super sturdy or heavy duty, but it's working just fine for my application, I'm pleased.

Inexpensive and work fine, have not lost power yet so don't know if the surge protector will handle the power fluctuation. So far so good though.

I recommend using surge protectors, especially when there are thunder storms, to protect your valuable electronics. Also, for desktop computers and routers, add a battery surge protector; so it won't shut off if the power goes off.

Needed a surge protector for my friends young son's new computer. It's his first gaming computer so we needed something we could trust. This hasn't been "tested" yet but I'm confident it will handle the job.

You can never have enough power strips! Multiple items needing to be plugged in always makes a mess. Keeps it cleaner and more safe in the chance of power surge.
