After losing the monitor due to a thunderstorm we plugged our new one into this surge protector and no longer fear thunderstorms!

If you're looking for no bells and whistles, just the basics surge protector, I feel like this is a good choice at a great price point. Don't expect super sturdy or heavy duty, but it's working just fine for my application, I'm pleased.

easy way to plug in all the lamps I use in my sewing room that don't get used all at the same time plus my sewing machine! I know its all protected and its worry-free!

Very useful in my bedroom for charging my phone, iPad, clock, lamp,etc. Eliminated several extension cords. Love it! Highly recommend!

Inexpensive and work fine, have not lost power yet so don't know if the surge protector will handle the power fluctuation. So far so good though.

The previous one got nuked in a lightning storm, along with the modem and router. So far so good, and we've had more than a few lightning storms this summer. Whew.

This is a good surge protector that does the job. Nothing innovative or special about it, but it has enough outlets for basic computer or entertainment setup.

I recommend using surge protectors, especially when there are thunder storms, to protect your valuable electronics. Also, for desktop computers and routers, add a battery surge protector; so it won't shut off if the power goes off.
